Joshua reportedly abducted the two siblings aged 13 and 8, while they were returning from extra-moral classes in the Satellite area of the state, took them to a shop at 63, Marwa Road, near Chemist Bus Stop, and exchanged them for bags of rice. The owner of the shop later learnt that Joshua was not the father of the children, but this was after he left with the bags of rice.
